Timestamp successfully delivered the HxM Bootcamp, a training initiative that reinforces its commitment to talent development and technological innovation in the field of Human Experience Management (HxM).
From February 2 to 5, Timestamp hosted the HxM Bootcamp at its facilities in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid), bringing together a group of 10 participants interested in starting or accelerating their careers in the technology sector, with a focus on SAP HxM solutions.
This intensive bootcamp offered an immersive experience in the world of people management and payroll, combining practical and theoretical sessions, knowledge sharing, and direct interaction with highly experienced professionals.
Over four days, participants took part in practical training delivered by specialised Timestamp consultants, focused on key modules such as SAP HxM, SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll. The programme enabled an understanding of how these solutions are transforming Human Resources departments, making them more strategic, efficient and focused on the employee experience.
The bootcamp stood out for its strong practical component and for direct contact with real project environments, delving into the methodologies, tools and specific challenges faced by organisations in their digital transformation processes.
In addition to the training component, the HxM Bootcamp was also an excellent opportunity for networking and close interaction with the Timestamp team. Various group dynamics were carried out to identify each participant’s competencies, laying the foundations for future collaborations and for their professional integration through the company’s junior development plan.
With more than 1,300 professionals and a well-established position as a leading technology consulting company specialized in SAP solutions, Timestamp continues to invest in initiatives that promote learning, innovation, and sustainable growth.
The HxM Bootcamp reinforces Timestamp’s vision that the future of digital transformation lies in developing people and knowledge, as well as creating opportunities for the next generation of technology professionals, while also reflecting its ongoing commitment to nurturing new talent and aligning specialised training with real market needs.
