Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development and maintenance of cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, ensuring robust architecture, security and scalability across Development, QA and Production environments.

• Define and enforce revisioning and version control strategies for infrastructure, application code and deployment pipelines; implement branching and tagging policies in GitHub.

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps to automate build, test, security scanning and deployment stages for all cloud projects.

• Author and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and ARM templates for provisioning Azure Cloud Infrastructure, networking, security, Kubernetes and platform services.

• Implement and operationalise container platforms (Kubernetes, Docker), including deployment patterns, observability and lifecycle management.

• Integrate and manage Azure AI and ETL stacks, enabling data flows, model deployment and secure consumption within governed cloud environments.

Main Skills:

• Proven experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions for CI/CD, branching strategies and repository governance.

• Strong expertise in Terraform and Azure ARM templates for IaC, modular design and state management.

• Solid knowledge of Azure Cloud Infrastructure (VMs, App Services, AKS, Storage, Networking) and Azure platform services (AI, Data/ETL).

• Experience building pipelines and automation with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions across build, test, security and deploy stages.

• Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, container orchestration and deployment patterns (Helm, operators desirable).

• Proficient scripting in Python and PowerShell to automate operational tasks and integrations.

• Good architectural judgment, ability to produce clear diagrams, documentation and to lead architecture reviews.

Nice-to-have:

• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer or Terraform Associate.
