Responsibilities:

• Business Impact Analysis materials: prepare awareness support and user guides, synthesize results into insights, and present findings to stakeholders; develop action/remediation plans addressing identified risks.

• Documentation supporting processes: produce comprehensive handbooks detailing crisis management and business continuity procedures, maintain an up-to-date crisis contact directory, and establish a collaborative resource space for best practices and tools.

• Develop and regularly update detailed business continuity plans, ensuring plans are tested and validated.
